Exercise: Create a Project

A TimeXtender project contains all other elements of the data warehouse. For more detailed information, please see Creating a Project.

Steps:

  1. Click New Project in the Start tab or File > New Project.
  2. Give your project a name.
  3. In Advanced Settings... > ✔ Enable Show system fields on tables - This option will show the default fields TimeXtender includes on every table such as DW_ID, DW_Batch, DW_SourceCode and DW_Timestamp.
